But for years, that ritual came with a cost. Traditional coffee didn’t love me back. Too much caffeine left me feeling anxious, overstimulated, and out of sync with my body. Yet decaf options often felt like a compromise — flat in flavour, overly processed, or missing the soul of a good cup of coffee.
I wanted something better.
